Interview
I applied on website. Got contacted for an HR phone screen. I believe the Interviewer was a recent college grad in their first role, so I found it odd they were recruiting for a more senior position. Standard questions, went well and they indicated I would likely interview with hiring manager next. Then totally ghosted me, ignored multiple emails over the course of a month, & didn’t even have the courtesy to reject me. I found it very unprofessional, especially since I was simultaneously interviewing at another company and wanted to give Discovery a chance.
