Pretty straight forward process - HR screen, followed by video interviews with the hiring manager, Director and VP. Before I got to the final round with the VP, I had to complete a project and presented to the Director. Unfortunately, I only received the project prompt the night before my interview with the Director. Although the manager did mention there would be a task, HR never cared to mention this step and referred this as an another interview to walk through my experience. HR reached out again after all the rounds of interviews that they would collect feedback from the VP. Despite following up a few times, I never received any sort of feedback/updates on the interview process.
