I interviewed for the Digital Product Specialist role in Knoxville, TN. The first stage was your typical phone screening with HR. Next was a Zoom call a few days later with the manager. The interview was fairly straight forward with questions about experience using Zendesk, Excel, Tableau/Power Bi, etc. It was structured more as a conversation than a standard Q&A interview (but you could tell you were being graded). Discovery+ featured heavily in the interview so a bit of research into that (not just the company itself) will go a long way. At the end, I got told I would hear back by the end of that week and heard nothing back. I sent a follow up email about a week after and have seemingly been ghosted. From other interview posts here, ghosting candidates seems to be a company policy rather than a one-off occurrence. From the sounds of it, the final stage is another interview, again, with the same manager and 2 others that will have their own questions and finished off with an Excel assignment (unclear whether completed live in the interview or a take home assignment).
