Quick to hear back in the first rounds but no response following your first or second round interviews. there was not even a denial email sent to applicants. While the beginning process was quick, I wish that I would have heard back about a decision.

Online, wasn’t a fan. Felt too quick and not personal at all. Super weird, especially for pre-COVID times. Would have preferred sometime a little more personal and genuine. Yet, it was an initial interview so I guess it makes sense
