Worst company! And the worst process!
They do not have anything of their own! They even copy the process from Amazon! Lol
Meeting so many people for entry level roles is a waste of time!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
Spoke with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. Was told someone would get back to me within two weeks, followed up numerous times and could never get a response back from the recruiter. If you don't want to move forward with a candidate, just tell them! Not a good look to leave candidates hanging.

Question 1
Recruiter questions was more of a conversation, a "Get to know you" feel
Hiring manager questions were average, "Do you have experience in employee relations", "What are your thoughts on Diversity and Inclusion", "Can you elaborate on your experience thus far"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online with my CV and then the HR Administrator got in contact with me for a phone interview. I then got an email to say I was shortlisted for an interview that was face to face with a manager and arranged to see her. I was shown up to the room and the interview was very informal. She just skimmed through my CV and asked random questions from it and scribbled a few notes over the CV. No competency questions or anything like that. I was then told that I would get feedback by next week but I never heard another word from then which I think is so unprofessional.
