Interview
I applied online and then those get screened so got an email to do a video interview through HireVue (I think that is what it was called) and it was very different than I have ever experienced and had never head of it before. Basically, a question shows up on the screen, you have 30 seconds to prepare for it and then the timer starts and you have a minute (generally) to answer the question until it disappears. You are being recorded the entire time. HireVue does a great job at giving you tips on how to go about doing the interview and even gives you the option to do practice questions.
After I finished that I just waited to see what happens. I received a call a few weeks later for a phone interview and then I got the internship within five minutes of that phone call. (My case was a bit different in the timing than others)
used hireview, super easy and straightforward, asked 6 questions. hire view makes the process very simple and I really appreciated how straightforward it was. it took me about thirty minutes to complete the interview. you get to retake each answer once if you need.
didn't call back, sent follow up emails with no reply. were very inactive and didn't seem like they really cared, felt like i was wasting my time trying to interview with them
