I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. (New York, NY) in May 2013
Interview
The process was well prepared on the global level (Global Talent Acquisition Director was really great and involved) but at the local level it was a nightmare. Showing all weaknesses of local leadership (CEO mainly). I'm glad I had not engaged with that organization.

Question 1
The most strange question (BTW repeated three times during one conversation) was: why are you interested in modern art (I had it in my "hobby" part of CV). On the other hand no questions on my professional experience, not even typical questions you are normally asked during interviews. I had a feeling they have me on the agenda but the position is already covered by someone else so I'm only loosing my time.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Discovery, Inc. in May 2021
Interview
In house recruiter reached out and got me scheduled with two VP’s back in May. Heard nothing after despite emails. Finally responded a month ago that didn’t have any update. I reached out again recently and was told role was filled. Would have appreciated a note telling me this. HR team really dropped the ball especially for a senior level higher like this who had influence in the industry.
