Discovery, Inc. Procurement Director interview questions

A series of conversations and discussions to test the knowledge of (global) procurement. Including the discussion of specific cases and added value for the wider organization. There was no pro-active follow-up and there isn't a very well defined plan how to build the organization further, resulting in a pretty old-school procurement (doing the same with more people)
