The interview process was a zoom interview with the VP. The interview was ok, nothing too hard. However, the VP didn't really care about the cultural fit and cared more about the technical fit. I would be warned about the company because of that.

I applied online and received an email with questions about my experience in different technologies. Made it to the first phone interview that consisted of semi-technical and personality questions. The next interview was a whiteboard challenge style interview where your knowledge is tested. They then asked me to schedule what I assume is the last interview where you have to present for a group of people. This was where I had to decline it because I accepted an offer elsewhere, but I would like to think that if the presentation went well, I may have been offered a job. The entire process was pretty positive. The interviewers really want to help you pass if they see potential but you do need a good foundation. They are also really fun to talk to which eases the pressure a bit and made it feel more casual. You don't feel like you are being interrogated like some other places do.
