      Interview

I applied online and had to do a virtual assessment. They will then set up a virtual interview. The whole interview was probably 30 minutes and then she said I’d be a great fit in retail. She went over the available spots.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in Sep 2015

      Interview

I applied earlier this month (less than a week after post date) for a bundle job posting, where you're considered for four different part-time roles: attractions, custodial, merchandise, and quick service foods. I went to the casting center to fill out the online application at one of their workstations, which I highly suggest doing since the process is faster. An hour after applying, I received an email to schedule an in-person interview. There's a web-based interview before the in-person one, but I got to skip it since I did it for the Disney College Program within the last six months. The WBI just consists of agree/disagree statements and multiple-choice behavioral questions. My interview was a week later at the casting center. I checked in with the receptionist, then waited 5-10 minutes before getting called in. My recruiter was super nice and engaged in the conversation. They had a computer monitor in front of them to type notes. It was all basic interview questions. They also asked to see my resume and we talked about specific things on it. I emphasized experience related to my top choice. They thought I was good fit and showed me my top role's job description. Then they checked for openings on the computer and said they offered all the positions they could that day for that role. So I got put on the wait list, which could take up to six months to receive an official job offer. If I didn't hear back within those six months, I'd have to go through the whole process again. Four days later, I received an email offering me the job! I begin orientation in October.
