I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
I applied the position online. Later I got the phone call from HR to schedule the meeting. They allowed to interview via Skype. I spoke with the HR recruiter and the manager of tax department. The manager asked a lot of details regarding previous working experience.
The interview process is normal. but the post interview is very disappointing for the HR. I got a call from HR after the interview, they would like to give me an offer but with the title downgraded. I said I need to consider. Later I called back and said as long as they can offer me the expected salary, then it was fine. The HR said they will review internally and update me later. But almost a weeks later, I didnt get any reply from them. I tried to call the HR several times, but I never be able to reach them. Then I sent an email and asked the status. The HR only replied me almost a week later and said they were still reviewing. But I never got any reply from them after that. For such a large company, the way they handled was very disappointing and not professional at all. That HR is not showing any respect to the candidate. Not listening to the call, not replying the email. They should at least inform the candidate for the final result.
