Online pre-screen, Group Interview then wait (a very very long time) to be hired. It is better you dress to impress and smile often! Disney is extreme in "Disney Show" they do not like extreme hairstyles, everything must be natural no piercings or shown tattoos. You will be 1 out of 500+ trying for the same position. Do your background check on Disney traditions and remember that at Disneyland it is ALL about the guest experience but SAFTEY FIRST.

Easy and simple. They made us wait in a room while they called your name. There you met with a group of interviewers and they asked questions about your personality and love of Disney one by one.
