I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Easy. Applied online and got an e-mail a week later. They first give you an online interview and then if you passed then you were scheduled a one on one interview at the Disneyland Resort. I dressed casual and the interviewer asked me a couple simple open ended questions and then gave me the job on the spot.
Quick and easy; Very strict about dress code. Applied and got an email within the week to schedule an interview; went to the interview and got offered a couple of different positions based off of my prior experience.
Easy quick simple and fast was in and out of the casting center and I was offered the job quickly traditions is a little cult like though. Just drink the kool-aid and get your main entrance pass
it was more like a get to know you than a traditional interview, so don't be too nervous about it. i was asked about what my favorite ride is, favorite land, etc. you'll do great!
