      very brief and straightforward. They focus on experience and skills. The more experience you have, especially in customer service, the more they like it. Be open and don't be afraid to ask questions. Business casual is their required interview attire, so dress accordingly.

      Online interview which led to an in-person interview a few days later after successfully completing the online one. In person, they asked me why I wanted to work here and then went over my schedule. They made sure I was aware of working on weekends and holidays due to peak seasons.
