I did the application the process took a week ...then i did a questionnaire online I got an email saying for me to schedule an over the phone interview... super easy the lady was nice...she recommended the job that I applied for but she put me on the waiting list for the position t be open and I'll be getting a second interview soon.

Interview was fairly easy. Asked why I choose to work for Disney. Asked me questions about my previous work experience. I did not get the job I originally applied for, I was offered a job in retail but then I was given a blue sheet of paper telling me that I was being waitlisted and would receive an email when a job became available.
