I received an email asking me to schedule an interview. When I scheduled an appointment, it immediately told me that it would be a video interview. I was a bit nervous because I’ve never had a video interview before, but I received a follow up email giving me instructions on what to do. I downloaded the app they use to do video interviews and on the date of my interview I dressed well and did the interview. It was a lot less nerve wrecking than I anticipated. The lady who interviewed me didn’t ask any “gotcha” questions. I knew I did well on the interview portion because she transitioned from questions about my eligibility, to whether or not I would conform to Disneyland standards for dressing and whatnot. She then told me that she’d like to extend an offer of employment to me. I’m pretty sure that you get the job if you manage to get to the interview phase. At least if it’s an entry level job. It was one of my best interview experiences!
