I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort

Interview

Everything was done online for me; it was relatively simple. After applying, if you are seen as an acceptable candidate the may either screen you with a 20 minute questionnaire online and then do a phone interview or just do a phone interview if they feel you are qualified enough. After the phone interview I was accepted. I heard of others having a second face to face interview but I never had one.

Most of the questions are guest service related such as "tell me about a time you turned a bad guest experience into a good one" "are you willing to work outdoors". Nothing too intensive
