I filled out the online application after it had been open for about 20 days. Because I had applied for the Disney College Program within 6 months, I didn't have to take the web-based interview. For most applicants I believe that you submit your online application and receive a thank-you email. Then you can wait anywhere from 1 hour to several months to get an email invitation to either: 1) take the web-based interview, or 2) get invited to do an interview, either in-person or on the phone. I received the email to schedule an in-person interview about 10 minutes after submitting my online application. I gave myself about 30 minutes of buffer time allowing for traffic (because it's LA). I did hit traffic and ended up being right on time to my 9 am interview. I sat down for about 30 seconds before getting called into the interviewer's office. I was asked all the interview questions I posted below. I submitted my original application for Part-Time Candy Maker having absolutely no food experience or culinary school because I knew I could say I was interested in other roles during the interview. When he asked whether I was interested in other roles I told him I was also interested in Custodial and Attractions. My interviewer immediately offered me an Attractions role in Fantasyland. After accepting my role, I was asked to make sure I could comply with Disney's employee appearance standards (the Disney Look) and was asked to make sure I could do everything on the job description. I then went back to the lobby with a yellow paper saying I had been hired (!) to receive more paperwork from the secretary. While i waited, I received a bunch of emails from Disney asking me to fill out online paperwork. When answering interview questions, they want to know that you're friendly, positive, and able to work well with others. Make sure you show that you're confident, respectful, and proactive, because those qualities are important for anyone who wants a role in the park, interacting with guests.

On the phone interview, then virtually. Customer Service based questions, pretty standard. They will ask what is your preference of lands west side is the best side. Finally how you handle difficult customer service situations.
