I applied the day after I turned 18 which was in January, I didn't get a email back until June. I did the online interview/Survey. Right after that, I scheduled a interview. The day of my interview I got there about 30 minutes before my interview and was called in about 10 minutes later!
Quick and easy; Very strict about dress code. Applied and got an email within the week to schedule an interview; went to the interview and got offered a couple of different positions based off of my prior experience.
Easy quick simple and fast was in and out of the casting center and I was offered the job quickly traditions is a little cult like though. Just drink the kool-aid and get your main entrance pass
it was more like a get to know you than a traditional interview, so don't be too nervous about it. i was asked about what my favorite ride is, favorite land, etc. you'll do great!
