You’re given two interviews, one with a recruiter and one with a hiring manager of that location. The first one is roughly 30 minutes and after the questions, they determine if you’re a good fit and then will move you on to managers where that’s a lengthier interview.

Can you give an example of when you anticipated a guest’s needs?
They call you if you pass the online questionnaire. They mostly want people who are available most of the week, including nights and weekends. If you have limited availability at first, even if it’s 20hours a week, you’re probably not going to get past the initial application. I suggest being fully available and then lowering the availability once you’re hired.
