I applied online. Got an email with the questionnaire and finished that and was able to schedule an over the phone interview. The guy was nice but I can tell he wants young applicants so my age played a huge factor even though I have 20+ years of experience working at a department store. He said others have more experience then me. Overall not happy with my interview and the results.
