Well I applied online and later that day received an email saying to take the Web based interview which is basicially just a personality test. Passed that and than was told to schedule an interview. Got hired on the spot.

Apply online at the Disney website, take an assesment test, and complete an on the phone or in person interview. Get placed by the recruiter during your interview. (Some people are not hired at this point. Sorry.) I was put on a waiting list, and 10 days later I was hired into attractions. Background check and drug test was after that, and then onboarding and Traditions aka your first day!

Went to the Disneycareers site, applied for two things, got an email a week later saying to
take this EQ/personality test, passed. Set up a phone interview, took it, very great recruiter. Offered job, went to do drug test the following day, did my on boarding the next week, and I have my tradition dates for 4/13 and 4/15 since I'll be in California Adventure.
