It's not a long process, you usually have 3 interviews. The first one is a screening with human resources, just checking your experience and expectations. The second interview is with someone technical from Distillery. It's a mostly theoretical interview, with some questions a little unrelated with practice (i.e., internals of Kubernetes). Usually there is a third interview (if the previous one was successful), with the client where you are going to work.
