Three interviews in total, all of which were relatively straightforward. General questions around experience, technical aspects of the role, etc. The experience however drew a lot of red flags. First, the final interview needed to be rescheduled four times and twice I was provided an incorrect meeting time by HR (needed to confirm via email with HR and manager to make sure I did not miss the meeting again). Second, it was obvious on the final interview there was a clear misalignment between the hiring managers about goals and priorities. Finally, when HR stated I’d be informed of the final decision on x date they went radio silent. I understand going with another candidate, but it is very unprofessional to not close out the process with candidates who’ve invested time for the process.
