Recruiter submitted my resume, and secured an Initial phone interview, she said my resume undersold me after talking in person, and setup a second interview with the Desktop Lead, HR and Vice President. The interview went well, but at the end I was told I was one of 3 top candidates, which put it in the hands of the much younger IT lead. They went with another candidate
