Ditech Financial interview questions

Had a phone screen with the in-house recruiter, then spoke with the hiring manager on the phone. Was brought in for a 2 hour in person interview, where I met with the hiring manager, the CMO, and other members of the marketing team. While I had nice interactions with the majority of the team, I found one member to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and combative. His tone was completely inappropriate for an interview setting, and some of his questions were downright disrespectful. His attitude turned me off completely to working with this team and at this company.

The interview process was informal yet intense. Dan McLaren uses personality profiling questions in his interviewing process in order to flush out the sales person minded individuals and personalities as well as confidence and communication skills.
