I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Diversant (New York, NY)
Interview
easy, they are desperate to target young college kids out of school. They want you to open accounts but do not even give you commission on that. They only give it on how many people you can get hired
The interview process was smooth and easy going. The interview lasted about an hour long and at the end of it I was introduced to the staff right after the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Diversant (Phila, PA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Pretty simple and basic stuff, didn’t take too long, and was told that there would be a follow up interview. So far, sounds good, so I’ll just have to see where it goes from here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Customer service experience, what have I learned during my time working in customer service, etc.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Diversant (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Good interviewing process. They allow you to meet with their current employees who are very honest with you about their roles. Once the actual hiring manager came in he asked normal interview questions and wants to hear about you so definitely prepare.
