This process is three steps long - the first is a phone screen with a corporate recruiter, the second is an hour long meeting at the office and the third is a lunch interview with members of the team.

Initial phone screen with a recruiter, second phone interview with hiring manager in office of choice, and in-person interview. Everyone I talked to along the way was very nice and easy to talk to. The format of the position is great because there is a lot of movement within the company, definitely room for success.
