Applied on line months ago. Never heard anything. Than one day called and wanted face-to-face interview. It lasted for about hour. I was fairly given time to explain my qualifications with couple of professional questions. They offered lower position for installer, with a opinion that I should come for second interview for lead/engineer interview in about 7 days, for which I am more qualified. If I don't hear from them to call particular number of the one of the guys. So, after waiting 7 days, called back to get to voicemail and left message. Week later, I've got e-mail informing me I am not qualified for the job.
