The interview process started out normal. I chatted with a regional recruiter about the role briefly and was told I would be reached out to by a coordinator to schedule an interview with the regional manager, which did in fact happen. The manager cancelled twice at first, that's fine as well, things happen. When I finally had the interview (30 min Teams call) the interview went well. No technical questions were really asked and it was more of a get-to-know-you situation. He was not aware of the specifics of certain aspects of the role when I asked. He had said he would be getting me in contact with the local client manager for a third interview to further discuss the position. That was the last time I heard from Diversified.
I followed up with a friendly email to the recruiters a week later when I didn't hear about scheduling the interview. Nothing. A week later I followed up one more time, and then 20 mins later received a blanket bot rejection letter.
It is one thing to get a rejection for applying, or after final interviews, but I was ghosted by their team for two weeks when I was led to believe they would be scheduling another interview for me. Not to mention the complete impersonal response and lack of accountability. Diversified, do better. We are humans and deserve to be treated better. I will not be applying to your company again.
