Diversified Media Architect & Senior Design Engineer interview questions

Horrible experience. I have over 30 years experience in the exact listed job requirements. I was first sent a form EMAIL saying I was not qualified for a position that I have several industry press articles of excellence. I made numerous contact and submitted top industry references. I then applied to another position and was again rejected without even a first interview. I managed to speak with a recruiter who gave me the typical recruiter hype. This company age discriminates, that's the only conclusion here. Yes, qualifications alone do not make a good fit. But we never got to that area of discussion. To be outright dis- qualified based on my backgropund and references, age discrimination is the obvious reason.
