I was recommended to apply for a CSM role via my LinkedIn network. Despite being at the airport in the process of traveling out of the country, I connected with the talent acquisition team by phone while at my gate because of my excitement for the position. We had a great conversation lasting about 30 minutes, and I was told that I looked like a good fit and to expect follow up via email to connect with the hiring team. That was two weeks ago today. I haven’t heard a peep from the company despite sending two follow up messages. Unfortunately just yet another experience of a company ghosting during the interview process. Docupace may be a fine place to work — I’ll never know — but their hiring practices need work.
