I had initial phone screen with the recruiter and then was set up for an interview with the hiring manager. I felt that the interview with the hiring manager could have been better if I had felt she had actually reviewed my resume and notes from the recruiter beforehand. When the first question from her was tell me about your experience I could already tell that was a red flag she was not prepared. Otherwise there would have been more precise questions towards previous experiences I had that would be a benefit for the role rather than all questions being focused on my current role. The hiring manager I could tell also had a somewhat frantic energy through the video call and seemed like she was stressed out.
