There are so many great things about my interview experience with DoiT. The thing I enjoyed and appreciated the most was that the interview process was very clearly defined on their careers webpage and there was no deviation. Each time I was moved to the next round I received an email with helpful tips, a link to who I was interviewing with on LinkedIn. My recruiter (Hannah) was with me every step of the way, communicated regularly and I felt like she balanced doing her job while being my advocate simultaneously. If you get an opportunity to interview with DoiT I can promise you will know what to expect going in and be treated professionally and fairly every step of the way.

All four of my interviews with DoiT were as much about getting to know me as a person to gage my cultural fit as they were about measuring my ability to perform in the role. My feeling was that every person I met with genuinely wanted to get to know me, not just hear me brag about accomplishments and capabilities. These were all wonderful conversations, often digging deep, not just a list of questions.
