Four one-to-one interviews with Do'ers, two of which belonged to the team I would be joining. All the interviews were friendly and any stress that I had beforehand disappeared as everyone is sincerely friendly and honestly wants to know the person they talk to and determine if they are going to be a great fit for the team or not.
