The whole interview process was very well structured, organised and conducted in a short amount of time. Interviewers were well prepared and knew what they were probing for. The whole process (2 technical rounds, 1 culture / management round) finished in ~2 weeks time.

The interview process was fluid. The first step was with HR to check if your profile fit with the position. Then, if your profile matched, the next step was almost 4 interviews. The first one with the pod leader was. If you passed, the next step was 2 technical interviews with the area leaders, and the final one was a behavioural interview with the territory leader.
