Interview
There's 5 stages in the hiring process:
1. Value alignment interview
2. Salary discussion
3. Paid home test project
4. Role-alignment interview
5. Culture contribution interview
I only got the first interview, so i can't tell much about the remaining steps, but the first interview was rather refreshing. I had googled a ton of examples for value alignment interview questions, but i wasn't asked any of the questions that i had found online. Not even similar. That caught me off guard, but the questions were actually good. Their interview game is strong.
