The interview process was a thorough one and an amazing experience; 5 different steps which took about 3 weeks. Firstly, two written interviews: one in which I had to reply to fictional support tickets in English and one where I had to reply to support tickets in my native language. Secondly, 3 verbal interviews: one phone call to establish that I am actually a native speaker of the language I would cover in Support, and two Skype/Hangouts interviews (one with a member of the team and one with the COO) to establish if I was a good fit for the company in which we talked about my values and personal goals and about the company's future and direction. All-in-all it was the most comfortable I've ever felt during interviews. You get interviewed by genuine people who are looking for a long-term addition to the Doist team.
