The Doist interview process was very thorough; a mix of culture and skills-based stages with a strong emphasis on aligning with company culture. There were more stages than usual but that gave me (and assumedly the team interviewing) a more thorough understanding of how well I align with the position and the team culture. It was a very positive process.
