I applied online. I interviewed at Doist (Lagos) in Jun 2023
Interview
The application process comprised of three interview stages. I only made it to the first stage. The first stage interview was a value-based interview however some role related questions were asked. The second stage of the interview was supposed to be a role-based interview and the third stage was a culture-based interview.

Question 1
Why are you interested in growth marketing? What growth campaign/strategy will you come up with for Todoist? What is your weakness? How do you give feedback in a team? Tell me about a time when you collaborated with other team members? Why do you want to want to work at Doist?
It was a value-alignment interview for a part-time, contract role. The interviewer was great and helped me feel at ease by explaining the process. They assured me that, if the interview lasted less than 60 minutes, it was not a sign that it was a bad interview at all. They then asked me a few questions, at the end of which I had the opportunity to ask questions I had. The application process overall was very respectful of my time and effort as an applicant. The only critique I have is that, while I was informed it was a value-alignment interview, some of the questions they asked pertained to growth marketing.
