I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Doist in May 2024
Interview
Super transparent. Everyone I communicated with was incredibly kind and professional. The first stage was mostly standard interview questions with some light technical questions to ensure you know the basics. The focus was definitely on the company values, but the interviewer did a great job framing things in a natural and relaxed way.

Did not pass the the project test but overall it was a very organized process

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Doist in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview process was prompt and courteous. I only made it through the first stage of interviews (Value alignment). The questions were well thought out seemed designed to gauge how well a candidate's personality meshed with Doist's core values (https://doist.com/about-us). The interviewer was very professional and provided clear feedback throughout the process.
Ultimately, my Python experience didn't align with the specific technical skills needed for the role, so we stopped the interview process after the first round, but was still a great interview experience nonetheless.
