I recently went through the interview process at Doist. The process was made up of 3 interviews and a test project. While it was thorough, I was also impressed how professional and friendly the entire experience was. From the very beginning, every interaction felt respectful and welcoming, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about creating an engaging and authentic environment. I really enjoyed meeting the team and getting to know them a little bit. What stood out to me the most was how approachable Andrew and the finance team were. The interviews were welcoming and open to questions. I felt comfortable throughout. I also really appreciated the thoughtful feedback I received afterwards, which helped me understand their decision and provided valuable insight for my professional development. Overall, the Doist interview process was a great and rewarding experience with their respect, transparency and focus on making sure candidates have a positive experience.
