Contacted via email at the beginning of the month, interviewed 1:1 with a key team member after progressing through phone interview with HR. More intense in-person interviews the next week with three more staff members. Additional interview over the phone with another team member based abroad. All of my references were checked thoroughly, some grilled for 30+ minutes. A lunch meeting with the director (again) and yet another employee (cross-functional team) followed. After this flurry of constant activity, all goes quiet for nearly two weeks. Based on my own follow up, I learn they have decided to pass although no reasons have yet been shared with me.
