This has been the most disorganized interview process I have ever gone through. The recruiter reached out to me about scheduling a screening, and didn't respond after I gave her my availability. She then sent me another email thanking me for applying and stating that she was interested in scheduling a screening. I responded again, we scheduled an interview, and she never called. This all happened one more time and then she finally did call. She was very nice, and passed me on to the hiring manager interview. This went well, he was incredibly kind and the position felt like a greta fit for me. It's been three weeks and after two emails and a text, no word from the recruiter. I wish there was more accountability and communication in the hiring process here. It feels so wrong to treat your candidates like this.
