I had a first initial call with the recruiter it was good , where I was told about the company role and also intro to myself One week later I got a call from the recruiter for the next stage which was a call with the hiring manager This was supposed to be a 40 - 1hr call it was really a very nice conversation so it took 2hrs we spoke about the role and what success is like etc He told me he would be happy to put me through the next stage which is a design system stage and told me it might take a while to get a response back to some reason It been nearly 2 months didn't hear a word not from anyone or the recruiter, I want further to email the recruiter and not a word from the two recruiter who I was in contact with I was ghosted It really sad because I had to do a lot of preparing for the next interview I think it would be fair it aleast give feedback. This says a lot about thier culture
