Applied online and after a week or so a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. He seemed less than enthused when we spoke on the phone. If you consider recruiters to be salespeople (aka sell the candidate on why they should want to work for your company) he was a very bad salesperson. When asked what he likes about working there he hesitantly said the benefits were "pretty good" and that the work wasn't too intense and that was pretty much it. Then I was asked to do a second round with the hiring manager, who asked very basic /standard behavioral questions. After following up several times about the status of my candidacy, I never heard back. What a waste of time!
