The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dollar Bank (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2008
Interview
First, there was an interview with an HR manager. This interview was basic in nature and probed previous work experience. Was not hard and questions were quite standard. Second, 2:1 interview with regional manager and an assistant of the division. Questions were still pretty basic in nature. Not so much situational as rather generic.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dollar Bank (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jun 2009
Interview
The interview process was a joke. There are like 2 or 3 people responsible for the whole hiring process for every single hire. The salary is even worse. They promised negotiation on salary but it was more like this is all we can offer you. I was desperate for a job at the time to so I took it. There is nothing special about the interview process here. Anyone who can spell and smile can land a job at this bank.
