Interview
I was coming in to interview for the store manager position, but I was informed they had no position available. So I interviewed for the Assistant Store Manager position. Great interview, but the job depicted in the interview isn't the way I imagined the company.
The interview process was minimal and largely informal. The initial conversation with the regional leadership consisted of a brief phone call, and there was limited direct interaction with district management prior to starting. In fact, I did not meet the district manager until after onboarding and training, and did not meet the regional director in person until several months into the role. Overall, the hiring process felt more like a fast placement based on experience rather than a structured multi-step interview process.
You apply, talk to HR and District ,Lastly you will speak to the regional briefly. If experience whole process goes pretty fast. This position is very fast pace, its no down time.

They asked me to give an example of a time when I had an irate customer. What was the issue and how did you handle it with what outcome.
