I applied to the Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst position June 2018 and a month later I was emailed by a Talent Aquisition Specialist to schedule a phone interview. The interview was relaxed. I was asked about my career background, skill set, and interest in Dollar Tree. I was also asked what salary range I had in mind for the role and I quoted an amount that was in the range for my local area. At the end of the interview I asked questions about the department and company. I was told I would be contacted by the end of the following week, but I did not hear from them. I contacted the interviewer to follow up but I didn’t get a response and there haven’t been any updates to my application on their career site.
