Interview process is a three-part process. So first it's a brief telephone interview then you get scheduled to go in and meet with one of the managers in this case it was with the general manager then the general manager will send you instructions and a date and time as to when the human resource department will contact you for phone interview then after the phone interview the district manager or whatever the case is I will send you over to meet the actual store manager that you would be working with
